He plays an influential role in UK business and regularly contributes to industry journals on merger activity and sector issues. A strong advocate for equality, Satvir sponsors the CEDAR network at BDO LLP to support representation and career progression for underrepresented colleagues. He is recognised annually in Empower’s Top 100 Executive Index for championing diversity. Satvir is a Non-Executive Director and Board Adviser to Miss Macaroon and Asian Communications Network, was awarded an MBE in 2018, and is an ICAEW Fellow (FCA) and CISI Member.
