Paul is an experienced Property, Facilities Management, and Capital Projects professional, specialising in workplace mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations, delivering significant results for professional services organisations. He has held senior FM and Real Estate roles across the UK and internationally and most recently has advised a privately owned portfolio of around 200 office, educational, and retail sites, 550 residential apartments, and public heritage/listed properties.
