Partnerships are at the very heart of the facilities management industry, crucial to the successful running of any building or site. That’s why it’s so important that exceptional partnerships between clients and their FM service providers are acknowledged and rewarded – which is exactly what the PFM Partnership Awards were set up, three decades ago, to do. Now into their 31st year, the PFM Awards are respected throughout the industry for their independent judging process – and of course, the fantastic glittering awards do itself!

The awards event

Taking place each year at the beginning of November, the PFM Awards is always a night to remember. The red carpet is rolled out, the bubbly is on ice, and the atmosphere is one of excitement as the finalists, clients and guests gather at the Brewery, dressed in their finest, to celebrate the brightest and best in our industry. Hosted by a leading celebrity, it’s guaranteed to be a fabulous evening.

The award categories

In addition to our main Partnership awards, all of which are assessed by our team of independent judges, the PFM Partnership Awards also includes awards for individuals, including the new Special Recognition award, open to anyone, from shop floor to senior management, who’s made an outstanding contribution to the industry this year.

Trophies are also awarded to Leader of the Year, Special Recognition, Team Member, Account Director of the Year, Young Leader of the Year (run in association with Emerging Workplace Leaders) and the Peter Middup Lifetime Achievement in FM Award. Winning a PFM Partnership Award is the best possible way to demonstrate that companies and individuals are working to the highest industry standards.
